(More customer reviews)All it does is take the dust from the floor and blow it straight into my eyes from the side vents in the unit. Its more of a torture to use it. It's a pain to clean out because all the debris that did manage to stay in the thing gets stuck to the foam piece in the dust bucket. Honestly a broom and pan is easier and less painfull.

Miele S4210 Carina Galaxy Vacuum ( Yellow ) Review

(More customer reviews)I have owned a Bissel and a Dirt Devil before deciding that it time to stop fooling around and get myself a REAL vacuum that would keep the house clean and not lose suction completely in less than 2 years. So I decided for a factory refurbished Electrolux, thinking that I can get away with both minimum pay and a great product. I was wrong. Later I went to Lowes to try a new Electrolux Oxygen and make sure that my disappointment was not related to the mere fact that my order was factory refurbished. It wasn't. The Electrolux was bad because it was bad period. I decided for Miele - my last hope. If that wasn't gonna do it, nothing was going to. Despite being the least expensive among the Miele models, thisvacuum is an absolutely great piece, better than any other vacuum I tried, including more expensive ones from other brands. It is sturdy, it is very well made, it screams quality and it does the job as an excellent vacuum should. All other brands look like garbage compared to this one. The only downside may come for those who have really big houses and would need to step up to a larger model, which in Miele terms can be a bit pricey. Otherwise - superb product!!!

(More customer reviews)If you want to blow up low pressure items (toys, beach balls, mattresses, small pools, etc.), this pump works great and VERY fast. It can also be used to deflate these items quickly and completely. However, if you want to pump up bike or car tires or hard balls like basketballs or footballs, look elsewhere. It doesn't have the oompf or the adapter to do those things. Why the previous reviewer thought it worked on bike tires, I can't imagine, since you can see from the picture that it doesn't come with the appropriate adapter. Plus, it is really just a fan, not a compressor. If you need portability, buy the 12V rechargeable one. This one needs 120 VAC current.

(More customer reviews)I replaced my old Rowenta (blue tank) with the new model and found it to be less than satisfactory due to:excessive water spotting on fabrics at any temperature/steam combination of settings and the fact that the water level in the tank is not visible; instruction booklet states that the water level might affect the spotting issues; however, if the water level is not visible, this is moot.I have contacted Rowenta who informed me they were "aware" of thespotting and water tank problems and that my comments would be "duly noted."Considering the cost of this iron and Rowenta's reputation for quality products, I feel that prospective customers should be aware of these problems before purchasing.

(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this contraption.My mom has a lower model (300) without the cleaning solution reservoir, and using hers is what prompted me to buy the S600.It makes cleaning so much easier, and the attachments have helped me get into cracks and crevices that had been neglected in the past.My only complaints about the scumbuster are the the length of charge that the internal battery holds and the "storage"box.First, it'll die on you in the middle of cleaning, so you have to put it on the charger for a few hours to recharge it in order to finish.Second, the storage/carry case is the chintsy plastic box that it came in, and it does not stay closed very well.My mom's came with a nice carry container that you can carry around with you and store it in.I like the scumbuster so much that I bought two of them, one to give as a gift.

I think Black and Decker has some honing to do however, to make this product worthy of a 5 star rating.I have had two problems with the scumbuster since I bought it.The first scumbuster I received in the mail--only one of the two speeds worked.I sent it back for a replacement.The next one they sent me had a reservoir that leaked the cleaning product all over me and the floor, hence, there was none to use on the surface I was cleaning.This could also be a potential problem for products that stain clothes/carpet or are not supposed to come in contact with skin.Anyways, I called Black and Decker themselves, and they were very nice, and immediately sent a replacement reservoir, which I received in 2 or 3 days.No problems since.This is such a good product people, that I still recommend it even though I've seen a couple bumps in the road.You can use the scumbuster anywhere, inside, outside, in the car, anywhere.I've used in on the carpet, and even on the siding on my house(a whole other story).The scumbuster S600 can be used with or without cleaning products, and with lower models all you do is spray the product on the surface like you would in any other cleaning task.IT can be submerged in water too, to rinse off the cleaning pad.If you ask me, this is a way better product than the dustbuster could ever hope to be.Buy one (any model) today!

However, unlike the first reviewer...my complaint is that my wife cannot always take the time to put the roll in so it tears easily one-handed for right-handed people.That seems strange as there are no lefties here.These replace 2 cutesy light decorative, but useless, paper tower holders that always required 2 hands to use...otherwise you fling the whole thing across the counter.We've used both full sheet and half-sheet (bought accidentally by what's her name) Bounty paper towels and it works well with both.
