I owned a simple Panasonic for 15 years before I purchased my next one over the internet. It has the same easy access tools like my old one. New is the filter and cord reel and the construction looks even sturdier. Incredible product for the price. I had to borrow my neighbors Dyson because Sears orderwas still not here after three weeks. Didn't like it as much as the Panasonic. Hopefully it will last more than 10 years again. Ordered from Ritz Camera and the vacuum was here in three DAYS. I couldn't believe it!
